Wow! It’s hard to believe 2012 is almost over and the Mayans never saved me from my day job with that whole Apocalypse thing.

Of course, as some thought it would be more zombie apocalypse than Rapture, I guess that still worked out for the best! 🙂
And now we get take a moment and think about our favorite parts of 2012…so I thought I’d break it down top 5 style, Â but really, I don’t have a Top 5, rather a Top 3:
Favorite series I finished:
I got the chance to read some seriously amazing series this year. Â And they were so good, I didn’t even mind the cliffhangers! Â *Pushy heads off to find the Darkling and push him into a hidden corner to find out just how bad he is*
 New series started:
I have to bow down to the prowress of these AMAZING authors!!!!!
BEA 2012:
Like Heather, I adored my time at BEA this year!!! Â All of the best picks are here! Â But here are some good ones:

It’s a good thing the word didn’t end. I have so many books waiting to be read 😮 I’ve been meaning to check out the Daughter and Smoke & Bone series forever. I hear so many good things about it.

OH MY GOODNESS I LOVED THE CHAOS WALKING TRILOGY. *major fan-girling* OOHH and I really want to read Godbersen’s books too, those covers are just. GAWW-JUS. I’m reading Shadow and Bone right now and am SO not regretting it! Thanks for sharing your favorite series of this year with us, Pushy!

You’ve read a lot of awesome books this year!! I still have to finish Holly Black’s Curseworker series, but I can bet she wrote a fab ending.
