It’s Friday girls ( and boys – are there any boys here?)!!! The week is nearly over again which means it’s time to network, connect and show love to other blogs. Every week two of our favorite blogs,

Jen from Crazy for books and Parajunkee are holding the Blog Hop and the FollowFriday for Book Blogs.

Let’s start with Jen’s Blog Hop.

She is so wonderful for hosting this event every week! Thanks so much Jen for all your work and I love that she spiced this weekly event up by asking questions we should answer! This week’s question is :


Who is your favorite new-to-you author this year?
ooOoOoo tough question! There are so many wonderful authors I found this year so the choice is really hard. But, I will pick Julie Kagawa author of the wonderful, magic and lovely Iron King Series. Her first book The Iron King draw me so in that I fell so in love with her magic characters. (You can read my Review here) The second book is even better and although it is the second book in a triology it is amazing! The Iron Daughter is amazing and even better than the first book. (You can read my Review here).
Parajunkee (who has an amazing blog!!) also started a Follow Friday meme: So go also to her blog and show her your love!

In addition to this we’d love to take the opportunity to welcome all the new faces *waves* and the old ones *waves* Glad you are here and we hope you like it here at the Bewitched Bookworms.

To get to know us better I would love to tell you what was up this week at the Bookworms:
  • Pushy reviewed Sea by Heidi Kling and she looooveeed the book. I can tell you Pushy is not easy to please and if she gives a book 5 stars it means something!
  • I wrote the longest and craziest review I’ve ever written about the Faefever series from Karen Marie Morning, who is the cruelest and the smartest author ever in my opinion. I’m obseesed with her books and you my review will tell you why you have to read it or why you shouldn’t *giggles*
  • Pushy and Me reviewed Seers of Light, a new novel from a new author Jennifer DeLucy. It’s a paranormal romance and it is a beautiful book with wonderful ideas. Although Pushy and me didn’t give it the same star rating we both think it’s a wonderful book.
  • Last but not least , we changed our URL and got rid of the .blogspot.com and we are now http://www.bewitchedbookworms.com. Woohoo I love this. For you, our dear Follower and Reader nothing should change, if you have any problems please tell us so.
I would also love to take the opportunity to do a Book Blog Shout out. Fridays should be all about Love and Networking so I decided to do a shout out each week for a different blog I read and love. This week I picked Larissa’s Bookish Life who just hit the 1000th Follower! Congrats girl!! Why do I love her blog? I love the books she’s reading, she has a taste which matches my own, her reviews are great and she has awesome Features! Plus, she hangs out sometimes here at the Bookworms and I always love her comments!!
