Yay for Fridays!!! The week’s almost over and it’s time for a whole love of Blog Love and Networking!

Let’s start with Jen’s Blog Hop.

Each week there is a new question to answer, which is fun and also helps to get to know each other better. This week’s question is from Jen @ I Read Banned Books 

Do you ever wish you’d have named your Blog something different?   

Danny : Gee, no! I love our name! Plus, it took us around 2 weeks to find a name we all loved. And, I’m pretty proud with the outcome.

Share your current favorite television show! Tell us a bit about it…

Pushy: Wow, I’m not really sure how to answer because I don’t really watch that much TV. I mean, there are shows that I watch but none that I can’t miss without being super sad. I will say though that I do watch both The Biggest Loser and The Vampire Diaries fairly regularly. Odd combo, yes…but clearly I’m a vampire loving chunk-a-lunk-a who likes to drink gimlets while watching people work out and/or die. Take that for what it’s worth. 🙂
Danny: I am a TV Junkie.. although I read more than watching TV. Alas, I have some major favorites. LOVE Friday Night Lights, I was surprised by myself how much I love this show, but I did.. so sad is over. Then, I also love True Blood, although I’m not sure where they are going with the show, I have a bad feeling about next season and Eric and Sookie… And just recently I discovered Glee! YEAH !

Finally, we’d love to take the opportunity to welcome all the new faces and the old ones too! *waves* Glad you are here and we hope you like it here at the Bewitched Bookworms.

To get an impression about us, this was what we were up to at the Bookworms last week:
  • Danny reviewed the audiobook version of Perfect Chemistry. She loved the story but had a minor issue with the narration. See what she thought.
  • We had our first blogiversary complete with gushy love, lots of sugar treats and promises of an upcoming contest/give-away!
  • Danny, Kristen and Heather reviewed the much anticipated Darkest Mercy. This final book in the Wicked Lovely series published on the 22nd and was Wicked Awesome (I just couldn’t resist!)
  • Cutie returned with the results from her post last week about the great eReader debate. See what you thought, she thought and what she got!

And don’t forget!! If you like audiobooks: hop on over to our Audiobook Challenge for 2011! It’s going to be great fun and a great way to enjoy books even when you can’t have one in your hands. Check it out!!

    Happy Friday! Hope all of you have a happy weekend.

    I am thoroughly bewitched by each of you bookworms, so I think your blog name is very fitting. 🙂

    I still haven't gotten around to watching Friday Night Lights. I'm not a big fan of football, but I'm loving the idea of watching a few seasons worth of Taylor Kitsch 🙂

    Thanks for hopping by, @Small Review! And I don't think Danny is particularly entranced with American football either, since she's German…I think it has more to do with the <del>tight pants</del> I mean great acting involved in the series! *smirk*

    Hi! Just hopping through. I love True Blood. ALthough, I know what you mean. I stopped watching half way through season 2 because it was getting way to weird and was soooo completely different from the book. But I liked season 3….and i'm rooting like crazy for Eric and Sookie. I never liked Bill, even in the books…I'm a completely Eric Fan 🙂

    Old follower hopping through for the weekend. I watched the first season of True Blood, then never got the oomph to pick up the second. I keep hearing everyone rave about it, and I know I'd probably enjoy it, but I think the 8 series I watch now (House, Castle, Glee, American Idol, Bones, Fringe, Leverage, Burn Notice) are enough to keep me busy.

    Oh, and I've always been a fan of the blog name. Definitely fitting for both your content and the writers ;D
