Hello, all!!!

Super 6 Love Stories!
*swoon*
Who among us doesn’t love a love story? Seriously, is there a reader of this blog that doesn’t? *crickets* Yup, that’s what I thought! *cheesy grin*
There’s nothing more relaxing that curling up on the beach, on a plane/car ride, on the couch under a fan, reading a gloriously romantic story and letting the summer days melt like chocolate in your mouth. Here are my six f-a-v-o-r-i-t-e love stories:
Oh, Akiva and Karou……just saying their names breaks my heart right open!!
Their love is so strong and so true, it transcends life and death! I can’t wait for the final book in this trilogy!! I’m SOOOO dying for their HEA!
Julia Quinn is the MASTER of regency romance (imho) and The Duke and I is my favorite (although all of the Bridgerton series are sublime!). Simon is so broken. Daphne is such a good girl. And together….*fans self* the sparks fly fast in this quick paced, quick witted love story!
There’s a summery feel to Graham and Ellie’s love, not in the least part because they’re romance is a summer one. But I love how they complete one another. I loved watching them falling in love and thinking of it makes my heart glow all over again!
Ok…I know some of you are Team Christian. But for me, it’s ALWAYS been Clara and Tucker. Tucker had me when he called Clara “Carrots” right out of Anne of Green Gables.
ENORMOUS NERD GIRL SIGH!!!!!
And the fact that there are SOOO many obstacles in their way, only makes love story the more poignant.
Noah and Echo’s story seriously did break my heart. I read it on the plane ride back from BEA ’12 and I was a sobbing mess.
OH THE FEELS!!!
But oh, was it such a glorious pain and when they finally come together….*Pushy melts into a puddle*
The Wallflowers series is fantastic, I love these feisty heroines and their blazing hot men, but for me, it’s Evie and Sebastian’s love that blazes the hottest.
The misused, good girl. The bad boy who can’t say no to her. The explosive passion.
EXPLOSIVE.
‘Nuff said, dear reader!
*wink*
So those are MY top 6 love stories. What about you?
Can you narrow it down to only 6???

I have Daughter Of Smoke And Bone but I have not read it. And I have also heard of a few of those. I’ve heard that in Unearthly the love story is awesome so it’s always great to hear that it’s well liked.

I couldn’t agree more about Unearthly! Tucker and Clara’s love story melts my heart. And Cynthia Hand does really well juggling a love triangle. Love this feature 😀

While I haven’t heard or read the other stories totally agree with you on the Pushing the Limit’s Series. I haven’t been able to read Dare You To yet but I will when I go back to school closer to the release date of the third book. Thank you for sharing you have some wonderful picks. I just got Unearthly so hopefully that love story will wow me just as much as it did for you! 8)

I don’t know the adult ones, but I totally agree with the YA ones. I’ve only partially read This is What Happy Looks Like. My son is reading Pushing The Limits. He also told me he needed to cry. (shh, that’s a secret).. I told him to keep reading after I offered to bodily harm him and he declined. I guaranteed him that further in the book he would be able to feel for Noah. I remember how tight my throat felt from me trying not to cry. It’s so hard to read the words when your eyes are all teary!

Most of these are only shelves but I have yet to read them. I have read Daughter of Smoke and Bone though and really loved their story that really does span generations. 🙂
I do have to say though I liked Beth and Ryan better than Noah and Echo only because Echo gets on my nerves in Pushing the Limits.
