Sweet Peril on goodreads
Anna Whitt, daughter of a guardian angel and a demon, promised herself she’d never do the work of her father—polluting souls. She’d been naive to make such a claim. She’d been naive about a lot of things. Haunted by demon whisperers, Anna does whatever she can to survive, even if it means embracing her dark side and earning an unwanted reputation as her school’s party girl. Her life has never looked more bleak. And all the while there’s Kaidan Rowe, son of the Duke of Lust, plaguing her heart and mind.
When an unexpected lost message from the angels surfaces, Anna finds herself traveling the globe with Kopano, son of Wrath, in an attempt to gain support of fellow Nephilim and give them hope for the first time. It soon becomes clear that whatever freedoms Anna and the rest of the Neph are hoping to win will not be gained without a fight. Until then, Anna and Kaidan must put aside the issues between them, overcome the steamiest of temptations yet, and face the ultimate question: is loving someone worth risking their life?

Sooooo, what do you say???
I LOVE the cover, Kaidan looks incredible and even hotter than on the first cover. the peachy color is perfect and Anna has the perfect look in her eyes for the state of mind she’s in after Sweet Evil!
I think I made it clear that I super duper loved the first book Sweet Evil and that I love Wendy Higgins!
And… *looks around sheepishly* Sweet Peril is dear to my heart like no other book … ever.. because in one scene, a character is named after me… I still can’t believe it but I am SOooSOOSOS excited to read this scene. It will be me together with Jenny and Tara – which is epically awesome and I have no words!
Much Love and Happy Friday!

I love this cover! However, I still haven’t read the first book. I’ve been putting it off because I wanted confirmation that book two would be picked up, so YAY! I can finally read it now! =)

I really loved this cover! The title of this post says “Sequel to Sweet Hope” and I think you meant to write “Sequel to Sweet Evil”. Can’t wait to read Sweet Peril!
