Super Six Favorite Book Covers of 2013

I’m usually not one to gush about book covers. If a book has a cover that is less than desirable, I’ll still read the book if the blurb is interesting enough. But I have read books this year that have had some breathtaking, absolutely gorgeous covers. Sometimes the covers give a hint about what the pages inside hold with their beautiful imagery, and sometimes their fierceness is implied by the haunting image like with the cover for The Fury.

    • LOL, Sharrice! The Fury is 700 pages long so I was looking at that cover for a while when I was lugging that monster of a book with me on the train to work and back, but I didn’t mind one bit because it was one of my favorite books that I’ve read this year.

If you might like a book that is “Jane Austen with magic,” then you’ll probably like the series Without a Summer is book number three in. Very excellent series with stunningly beautiful covers!
