I do so very much love a good audiobook! And there are a few series that I found are just amazing as audio and some of them really a pleasure to listen. So today I’m sharing some Adult Paranormal Series I always and exclusively listen to as audios, those series that are on my auto-buy list!
So, if you are not yet an audiobook fan, maybe you check some of these series out!
1. Iron Druid Chronicles
Iron Druid Chronicles – Seriously these audiobooks are so amazing and I think they are the perfect way for you guys to appreciate what a good narrator can do. I mean the series per se is amazing, but the audiobooks make them just come to life!
2. Charley Davidson Series
Charley Davidson – Oh how much I love this series! It’s funny and sexy and amazing. Charley is just one of my favorite characters ever and I wish she could be a real person and my best friend!
3. Chicagoland Vampires
Chicagoland Vampire – Well, I had my ups and downs with this series and in between I was a little upset with what was happening. But still, every new book is on my Auto Buy list and I adore this sexy Vampire Stories!
4. Mercy Thompson Series
This is a series I compltely missed when it came out. So in order to catch up, I started the audiobooks when the first one was on sale a few month ago. Ever since I love this series and also really like the audio!
5. Fever Series
Fever Series – It’s been a while I talked about the epicene of the Fever Series, but I’m never getting tired to tell everyone who wants (or does not want) to hear about the pure wonderment of this series! Even more, the audiobooks are just pure epic! Starting with book 3 a duo is narrating this series where she reads and narrates all female voices and Phil Gigante is narrating all male voices. Like this, you have a real dialogue with completely different voices that are just incredible! And, the same duo is also narrating Karen’s new Series started with ICED which of course I also got as an audiobook!
What are you favorite Urban Fantasy Series on audio? Is there a series I need to check out? I’d love to add one more series to my auto-buy list!

In general, I think I prefer listening to non-fiction on audio over fiction. But I love the Iron Druid Chronicles on audio. It’s really helpful, since a lot of the words are hard to pronounce.
BTW…I’ll be coming your way next week. We go to London on Wednesday. And Vienna the Wednesday after that.

Absolutely love the Iron Druid Chronicles! Luke Daniels does an amazing job. I tried the first Charlie Davidson book, but it didn’t click for me. I really enjoy this series by Jim Bernheimer called Dead Eye – kind of a detective novel where this war vet can see the dead and interact with them.

Have you tried Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files? Love them and was so happy when I found the Iron Druid books which are similar.
