Just as beautiful as the Fallen Series!Â
Never, ever cry. . . . Eureka Boudreaux’s mother drilled that rule into her daughter years ago. But now her mother is gone, and everywhere Eureka goes he is there: Ander, the tall, pale blond boy who seems to know things he shouldn’t, who tells Eureka she is in grave danger, who comes closer to making her cry than anyone has before.
But Ander doesn’t know Eureka’s darkest secret: ever since her mother drowned in a freak accident, Eureka wishes she were dead, too. She has little left that she cares about, just her oldest friend, Brooks, and a strange inheritance—a locket, a letter, a mysterious stone, and an ancient book no one understands. The book contains a haunting tale about a girl who got her heart broken and cried an entire continent into the sea. Eureka is about to discover that the ancient tale is more than a story, that Ander might be telling the truth . . . and that her life has far darker undercurrents than she ever imagined. From Lauren Kate comes an epic saga of heart-stopping romance, devastating secrets, and dark magic . . . a world where everything you love can be washed away.
I think I was living under a rock.. I mean I LOVE Lauren Kate and I adore the Fallen series. how could I have missed the Announcement of her new series????? Well, apparently I did! But then I saw this cover of beauty and I was excited like crazy!!!
It’s Lauren freaking Kate and I CANNOT freaking wait to read this!
Much Love,

The Fallen series is my guilty pleasure series – which I still haven’t finished!
This cover is absolutely stunning, though I’m not 100% sold on the blurb…yet 😉

I haven’t read Lauren Kate’s Fallen series and while Teardrop looks good, I’m not that excited for it. Maybe because the main character’s called Eureka? Not a good choice.

Fear not Danny, I was under that rock with you. I had no idea about this series either until I saw it on Leanna’s site last week and then I of course started drooling over it. Look at that cover! So pretty. Lauren Kate has perhaps the most beautiful covers for her books ever:)

I agree – the cover for this one is spectacular. I didn’t read Kate’s first series, and I have to admit that I’m allergic to love triangles these days, so I may not pick this one up. BUT. Love that cover art. Hope you enjoy it!

Holy, Holy! First Lauren Kate always has the best covers! I’d buy it just for that but I love her stories. They are so huge and sweepingly romantic. They cover hundreds of years and the continents and heavens. Looks like she might be diving into the ocean who knows. I’m with you, it’s Lauren Kate and I’ve not heard a thing about this series. Thank God you saw it! On my order now.
Thanks for the heads up!!
