I’ve had a lovely few weeks and have received a couple of great books I’m excited to share:
Books I Purchased
I ABSOLUTELY ADORED Daughter of Smoke and Bone and I can’t even describe how thrilled I was to discover that the Audiobook for Days of Blood and Starlight was available on its release day! So of course, I snapped that puppy RIGHT up!! And I’m already listening to it and it’s FABULOUS!!!! *happy sigh*

Oh no! It looks like we have some layout problems today! (The sidebar is waaay down the page). I think an extra div may have been closed too early!
Anyway! I haven’t read Daughter of Smoke and Bone yet! Everyone seems to love it so much! I’ve seen seeing Days of Blood and Starlight everywhere.. I must be missing out!

I haven’t gotten any new books this week and I feel like I’m one of the few literate people on the planet who hasn’t read Daughter of Smoke and Bone yet, though I do intend to get to it eventually.
My sister won an ARC of The Farm at the beginning of summer and let me just say it’s a terrific read with a unique take on vampires. And while I thought it might be weird to have a character be autistic in a paranormal book, she was actually fascinating and, even though I’m going to have to wait forever for the sequel, I can’t wait to see how she factors into it and what happens to everyone else.

I have The Farm too and I’m so excited to read it! I’m reading Days of Blood and Starlight now and it’s pretty good so far, just a little slow for me. 😛
