Hello, dear reader, and welcome to:
I’ve had a lovely few weeks and gotten some great books I’m excited to share:
Audiobooks for Review
Thank you SO MUCH Harper Audio and Random House Audio!!!!
My ears have been SO HAPPY as I’m already listening to two of the above!!
First off, The Diviners, is SO FREAKING CREEPTACULARLY AWESOME I have to force myself out of my car (I’m listening to it on CDs). The narrator is a GENIUS of a woman who can do a 10 year old boy, a 70 year old woman and a teenager from Brooklyn with PERFECT distinction and amazing accents. This woman is beyond amazing. She deserves awards for her work in this! And yes, I’ll review it soon, but seriously, Random House’s audio version of The Diviners is something special.
Secondly, I have three words to share with you about the Carnival of Souls audiobook: James Freaking Marsters. As in Spike. As in he could read me the recipe for making paste and I’d be drooling. And he’s reading the brilliance that is Mellisa Marr. It’s brilliance! I’m loving this book. ‘Nuff said.
Holy awesome mailbox batman! I’m not really into audiobooks, but I want to listen to the Melissa Marr one! I mean…how can I not right?

That is exciting! I love audiobooks, especially if they are done well. My favorite so far has been Daughter of Smoke and Bone. Great haul, here is my IMM!

Yay for The Diviners. I just finished it and it was great. I bet it’d be fabulous in audio.
