Look what I found!! Here, the cover, the synopsis and the title sounds/looks cute!!

Blaze (or Love in the Time of Supervillains)

Genre: Young Adult, Contemporary
Expected publication: February 1st 2013 by Sourcebooks Fire
Pre-order  amazon (eBook, Hardcover)

Blaze is tired of spending her life on the sidelines, drawing comics and feeling invisible. She’s desperate for soccer star Mark to notice her. And when her BFF texts Mark a photo of Blaze in sexy lingerie, it definitely gets his attention. After a hot date in the back of her minivan, Blaze is flying high, but suddenly Mark’s feelings seem to have been blasted by a freeze-ray gun, and he dumps her. Blaze gets her revenge by posting a comic strip featuring uber-villain Mark the Shark. Mark then retaliates by posting her “sext” photo, and, overnight, Blaze goes from Super Virgin Girl to Super Slut. That life on the sidelines is looking pretty good right about now…

Doesn’t this sound fun?? Sounds like a perfect cute and funny Contemporary!

So, tell me about your WoW!

Much Love,

  1. And this is why there are no sexy pictures of me in lingerie in existence. Okay, maybe not the only reason. This one does sound like fun, and I’ll be adding it to my TBR list. I want to find out what the deal is with Mark’s 180!

  2. Woah, I’ve never heard of this one before. I am liking that cover, and it kinda reminds me of Echol’s Such a Rush. It does sound like a cut contemporary, and I’m curious how she will handle her peer’s demeaning eyes.
