Stir Me Up by Sabrina Elkins
Expected publication: October 1st 2013 by HarlequinTEEN
Cami Broussard has her future all figured out. She’ll finish her senior year of high school, then go to work full-time as an apprentice chef in her father’s French restaurant, alongside her boyfriend, Luke. But then twenty-year-old ex-Marine Julian Wyatt comes to live with Cami’s family while recovering from serious injuries. And suddenly Cami finds herself questioning everything she thought she wanted.
Julian’s all attitude, challenges and intense green-brown eyes. But beneath that abrasive exterior is a man who just might be as lost as Cami’s starting to feel. And Cami can’t stop thinking about him. Talking to him. Wanting to kiss him. He’s got her seriously stirred up. Her senior year has just gotten a lot more complicated….
This is the first book launching the new HarlequinTEEN Digital First line and I am sooo excited about this! It means we get more books from HarlequinTEEN … and we get them faster!
So, and… I am cheating here with my WoW because I had the pleasure already reading Stir Me Up. And.. I can tell it’s AWESOME! I absofreaking loved this book which is why I needed to share it today!
Here is a teaser from my review, which will go up October!
Sabrina Elkins gave us a wonderful, beautiful and very sexy love story that all fans of mature Young Adult will devour in one sitting. Stir Me Up is perfect for fans of Katie McGarry as we find the same careful development of strong, yet vulnerable characters that will melt our hearts!
Mark your calendars and, you can also already pre-order it for only $1.99 on amazon!!

OK, I really don’t like that cover because that couple is like on every single cover, BUT, I love the sound of the book. I love a good mature YA read and there’s an ex-marine in it, so I know I’ll enjoy it. And you compared the writing to McGarry? Woot! I’m in!
Thanks for sharing, Danny.
I hadn’t heard of Harlequin’s new line, but I’m definitely excited!

This sounds like a unique couple/combination for a contemporary-romance. And the guy definitely reminds me of Daemon in the Lux Series! Thanks for sharing about the new HarlequinTEEN Digital First program too. Happy Wednesday + Happy Reading. (:
