September Contest Featuring Disintegration By Scott Nicholson

Best selling myster/thriller author Scott Nicholson has always been at the forefront of innovative and zany ways to market his books (See last year’s marathon 90 day book tour). He’s had such immense success and now he’s launching a new month long venture to give back to those of us who helped make him successful: the bloggers and loyal readers. Throughout the month of September, Scott is donating 15% of the sales from his books in the Be Nicolson’s Agent giveaway.

Bewitched Bookworms is lucky to be representing Scott’s fanantastic psychological thriller Disintegration. I gave this book a five star review in October of last year, and it is just another one of Scott’s books that didn’t dissappoint.

To help promote Scott Nicholson and his great novels, and in turn help Bewitched Bookworms spread the word, we’re having a Scavenger Hunt/Read Along here on Bewitched Bookworms. And you can score some great prizes like books (including ARCs of Attachments, Warm Bodies, The Samaritan, The Peach Keeper, The Ghost of Greenwich Village, Dark Souls, and more), custom e-Reader covers and tote bags from ACM Custom Designs, Bewitched Bookworms t-shirts, and a few other surprises. Here’s how to participate:

1. Buy a copy of Disintegration by Scott Nicholson from Amazon (Paperback or Kindle) or Barnes and Noble (Paperback or Nook). E-mail a digital copy of your receipt to heather@bewitchedbookworms.com so I can verify that you purchased the book and add you to the list to keep track of your score. Be sure to fill out the Google Docs form below so I can add you to the list.

2. Check back here on every Friday for the clues to search the text of Disintegration to answer. I’ll do this in four segments, so you don’t even have to read the whole book before participating in the first set of clues that will be posted on Friday, September 9, 2011.

3. You’ll have one week to enter your answers in a google document (like we do with our giveaways) so the answers are kept private and cheating is kept to a minimum. The comments section for each Friday’s post will be used to discuss the portion of Disintegration that we read for the week.

4. Prizes will be given away each week, with an overall grand prize winner with the most accumulated points given at awarded at the end of the month. It will pay to participate each week!

So the points breakdown will be as follows…

*5 points for buying the book and emailing me the receipt
*1 point for tweeting this post and each week’s post (make sure your tweet can be viewed by everyone and provide a link)
*1 point for sharing this post and each week’s post on facebook (make sure your post can be viewed by everyone and provide a link)
*2 points for blogging about this scavenger hunt/read along (provide link in the form below)
