Pre-SqueeWelcome to the Pre-Squee, a new weekly feature here at the Bookworms and at The Book Swarm. Some books, though they might not be coming out for a few months, need an early squee — we just can’t hold in our excitement about them! Sure, we’ll do full reviews closer to the release date but this feature gives us a chance to share a little bit of our love, whether it be for the story, cover, characters, or whatever. We’re quite flexible in our book love.

So today we Squee about

Snow Like Ashes by Sara Raasch

Snow Like Ashes completely blew me away!

It’s Young Adult Fantasy with everything a good story needs! An amazing plot and storyline, a phenomenally strong kick ass heroine, boys that are going to steal your heart and so so much more!

I could not stop reading last weekend and now, I can’t wait for it to come out so that I can get a shiny hardcover for my shelf!

Add it to your shelfs and pre-order it now, this book is worth every hype!

  1. Weeeeeeee!!!! I pre-squee for SLA 😀 OMG I have been DYING to read this one since I first heard about it! And I’ve had an arc for awhile too but waiting till closer to the release date to read it has been TORTURE! So. Needless to say, your post here was THE highlight of my day xD The MC for this one sounds like all kinds of brilliant and that plus a good solid fantasy plot spells a win in my books! I’m so glad you loved this one so much Danny, thanks for the feedback! Now I can’t wait for your full review LOL

This one looks fantastic. I love YA fantasies, I guess they just seem better with some younger imagination. If you want a good one try The Red Sun by Alane Adams, she is really good. alaneadams.com is her site, I read it, was fast for me and my kids are reading it now and they love it!
