Danny’s Week
Lately, I’ve been a little slow with reading. But I’m these past weeks, I’ve been been watching some of my favorite shows on TV. But as usual, I have one audiobook running and one eBook. I started finally Lola and The Boy Next Door as an audio . I don’t know why I’ve been holding of reading this, and it’s cute but not as much as I expected… ! Then, I started reading Illusions of Fate by Kirsten White , and even though the beginning was a little slow, it picked up at the 25% mark and now, I am pretty hooked!
And…. as I said, I’m binge watching lots of TV shows and … one of my favorite books EVER – Outlander just came out as a TV show! How much I loved this book, it’s one of these books that I’ve been reading over and over! Needless to say I was a little afraid, but I shouldn’t be! Have you seen it ?????
It’s phenomenal! It’s fantastic and it’s freaking perfect!
I want to hang this poster on my wall… it’s beautiful, romantic and heartbreaking and perfect!
Heather’s Week
I’ve been reading so much lately, so I took a few days off between books at the beginning of the week–mainly so I could nap on the train. While it was nice to catch up on my sleep, I hated to lose that valuable reading time, so I picked up The Hexed by Heather Graham. While this is the 13th book in the Krewe of Hunters featuring a part of the FBI whose members can see ghosts and solve murders, it didn’t read like part of the a series so it was easy to get into. This one was set in Salem, Massachusetts, and it was perfect getting me in the mood for Fall. I really loved it, and I’m a bit envious that this author is so prolific. The funny thing is, I just realized that I got a signed hardcover of the first book in this series, Phantom Evil, when I met the author at BEA back in 2011! She’s written 14 books since then! As I think back longingly about the two novels that I haven’t worked on since last year, I only wish I had the time and skill to write that much…
I also started listening to the audiobook for the second installment in Margaret Stohl’s Icons series, Idols. The narrator is the same as the first book and I really loved listening to Icons, so I jumped at the chance when Idols was offered by Hachette last month. I’m enjoying the story so far, but we had an inspection at work this week so I couldn’t listen to it until all was back to normal on Friday.
Pushy’s Week
My busy work life has continued (and will until the end of the year) so there’s been little time for reading for this fox. Still I’m re-reading the Bridgerton series and I’m almost done with The Viscount Who Loved Me and looking forward to An Offer From A Gentleman. Lord how I love this series!!! It’s really helping make what could be a miserable time somewhat tolerable.

Ah I wish I could watch Outlander!! I don’t have Starz so I’ll have to hope it comes out on Netflix someday! Or streaming somewhere I guess. I’m looking forward to reading Illusions of Fate soon and also to your review! Glad to hear you’re enjoying it!

Also the sleeper sofas are extremely economical, lightweight and affordable as
compared on the over-priced hide- a-beds. The sectionals that I
did see while I was whisked away to a different sofa
and love seat combination were of cheap brand name and horribly overpriced.
Once you will find the right sofa model and design in your mind,
after that you can begin shopping to find the best prices.
Secondly, you happen to be likely investing in a sleeper sofa because it fills
two needs: seating and spare sleeping space. In building
your individual flip top RV sofa bed, you can customize
the bed and maximize the use of space and storage at the same time.
