One of the best things about BEA is that the density of Book Bloggers is so high and that you are finally going to meet up with all your online friends!
And, it’s quite frankly also one of the best aspects! Chatting with like-minded people and just hanging out!
I hope I’m going to meet new people again this year! So here are the friendships I made at BEA, the once that actually also carried over and lasted!
Year 1
I meet – Jenny – Supernatural Snark. and everyone knows by know that this was love at first sight!
Year 2
I meet Alison – Alison Can Read, who then later even came to visit me in Munich!! Woot
Year 3
Third Year I fell in love with Mary – The BookSwarm! Now, I must say that we meet Mary already in Year 2 – but it wasn’t until last year that I realized the awesomeness that is Mary! We just clicked!!
I realized not having a single pic with just Mary and me – Must change this this year, you hear me Mary?
Extra:
I need to mention one person I didn’t actually meet at BEA, but at the Frankfurt Book fair – Reka from Harlequin is just a woman made of awesome! When I am at the Frankfurt Book Fair, all I’m ever doing is chatting with Reka about Books, Books and life in general:)
It’s not like these were the only people I’ve meet at BEA, there are many more wonderful people- but those were the ones I really connected with one a deeper level (so that sounds weird!!) and which I would call friends now!
I’m excited to meet again with :The Book Cellar , Books, Sweets and other Treats and Verbvixen (LOVE THIS CHICK!), Tabs from Not Yet Read, Ashley (Nose Graze), Giselle from Xpresso Reads( totally missed her last year) and so many more!

So now… what about Year 4?
I’m truly looking forward meeting new people. Like really!! Please, I am a very easy going person and I love to chat – so if you see me around at the floor, just say Hi!! I’d LOVE to get to know you.

I’m so sad that Heather and Pushy aren’t going to be with you! We definitely need a picture together!! I’m terrible about taking pictures but that’s definitely changing this year (I hope…I say that now!). Jenny and I have multiple dates with Ellora’s Cavemen — wanna join us? 🙂 There are so many online friends I can’t wait to meet IRL at BEA.

Looks like such a fun time. I had planned on going this year. I was so super excited. But life got in the way, and now I’m not able to go. 🙁 I’m so sad. Hopefully next year. I hope you ladies have a blast, which I’m sure you will!!! 😀
