Fallen Too Far by Abbi Glines
Expected publication: December 2012
To want what you’re not supposed to have…
She is only nineteen.
She is his new stepfather’s daughter.
She is still naïve and innocent due to spending the last three years taking care of her sick mother.
But for twenty-four year old Rush Finlay, she is the only thing that has ever been off limits. His famous father’s guilt money, his mother’s desperation to win his love, and his charm are the three reasons he has never been told no.
Blaire Wynn left her small farmhouse in Alabama, after her mother passed away, to move in with her father and his new wife in their sprawling beach house along the Florida gulf coast. She isn’t prepared for the lifestyle change and she knows she’ll never fit into this world. Then there is her sexy stepbrother who her father leaves her with for the summer while he runs off to Paris with his wife. Rush is as spoiled as he is gorgeous. He is also getting under her skin. She knows he is anything but good for her and that he’ll never be faithful to anyone. He is jaded and has secrets Blaire knows she may never uncover but even knowing all of that…
Blaire just may have fallen too far

This sounds like THE perfect New Adult story for me! Plus, Abbi Giles just writes awesome Contemporary books! Just awesome! Her famous “Vincent Boys” series has been picked up by Simon & Schuster after she self-published them and got a huge response!In addition also her “Breath” series has been bought by Simon & Schuster! This makes me so happy for her :))
;
Fallen Too Far is a must read for me!
;
Much Love,
Check out her books!!! I love all her stories and perfect New Adult book for my taste! All the books below got 4-5 stars from me :))

I’m noticing a lot of NA books getting picked up by major publishers. Love that! Especially when agents and editors are saying there’s no market. I’m really curious to see if this new category explodes like YA did.

The phrase stepfather’s daughter took me a minute to understand. I kept thinking that he was her stepfather. Sounds like a good new adult title.

(not that there’s anything wrong with the phrase, of course…just couldn’t get my head around an obvious concept)

Hmm… this sounds like a straight romance to me, but it’s interesting to see that it gets the ‘New Adult’ label. Hope you enjoy it!

How awesome that another self-pub has gotten picked up by a publisher, and S&S no less. 🙂 Sounds like Blaire & Rush could have some amazing chemistry.

Oh my gosh this book sounds incredible! Even thought it’s only October, I feel like summer was ages ago. Where I live, once October rolls around it’s nothing but rain and gray skies. I usually like this kind of weather but a girl needs a pick me up every now and then you know? 😛 I haven’t read any of Abbi Gline’s previous books but Fallen Too Far sounds like it’ll have me remembering the beach and the heat and the sun the whole time while reading. Definitely adding this to my list!
