My Trip to the US last week!

Some of you might have noticed that I was a little absent last week. Hubs and me spend some time in the US for a short vacation trip over Easter. We went to LA where I met my BFF who also was there with her boyfriend. Yeah funny, we need to meet in LA because we never have time to meet at home!
After this went to Las Vegas.  It was an awesome trip!! We had wonderful weather and … I went shoooooppppping! I love shopping and I always leave some space in my language when I visit the US.
I wish I had more photos for you, but the hubs has them on the camera and… he’s at work!
Take that for an excuse LOL!
…and yes I totally show you my new mug!!! I love Starbucks mugs and when I saw this one I was hyperventilating about the cuteness!

What is one book that you would be nervous to see a movie adaption of because you think the movie could never live up to the book?

Ok guys, shoot me now! Really… I know I’m lame but… I am super duper afraid about the Fever Series Movie Adaption!!! Seriously, I do not think they can pull it off. I mean find a man who can play Barrons, that will be a tough one.. and then this whole world creation? Also, there is so much going on in these books that I’m not sure they can put all of this in 2 hrs. I remember last year when everyone was screaming about the movie rights and I was just like “”duuuuhh… please … not!” So, yes I again took the chance to talk about the Fever series … but this was really the first thing that came to my mind. Btw, I had a Discussed by Danny post about this topic a while ago.

    The view was amazing! We were so lucky to get such a great view, it was fun seeing the big buzz down below. Vegas really was fun!!

    I’m very anxious regardng the movie adaptation of the Fever series too .. as you know I’m a big fan and I can’t see anyone right for Barrons or Mac 🙁

    Hopping through. How cool that you went to the US. I grew up in Arizona (live in California now). I always liked going to Vegas – for a few days – it gets old quickly.

    Hehe! It’s always the same when you can go to such places to often. Vegas is awesome and I have been there before, and once in a while it’s just awesome.

    Ahh, so awesome you went to the US! I want to go sometime. Just need to save some (a looot) of money o: Although I’d settle with England even, haha. But that’s cool and I LOVE the mug!!

    Also, I’m with you on a Fever movie. o: I think it would be REAL hard to get all of the emotions from the books on the big screen.

    yes It was an awesome and lovely trip, although a little short though. Funny enough I’ve never been in England although it’s so close!

    Hell yes, if they would be able to make me feel everything I felt during the Fever series??! Don’t think so!

    It is spring break here and time has lost all meaning to me with the kids here at home. I am going a little bonker knowing this is my SUMMER!! Must find a camp!
    Anyway, I’m stuck on a review here at 1am and decided I’d follow up on my negligent blog commenting. I’m so glad you had fun on your trip here!! And while yes, that is a totally cool coffee mug, can I please see something more than that from your trip???
